The Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris is one of the most recognized sights in Paris. Have you ever heard of Quasimodo, the Hunchback of Notre Dame? In a way, he saved the cathedral; really!

The Arch of Triumph; Napoleon wanted it to be an archway for his troops to return to after they conquered Europe. One conquering army did march through it. The question is, whose army? In the meantime, here is some information on the Arch of Triumph:

What is the most famous temporary structure in Paris? You may think is a trick question, because the answer is the Eiffel Tower. However, it was originally built as a temporary structure for the 1889 World's Fair! It is most beautiful at night, which is when we'll be there to go up to the top.
